First time here (West Seneca location) and we will definitely be back! Stopped for ice cream after doing some hiking in the south towns and was thrilled with this little gem. Not only is the selection and ice cream fantastic, but the cute old school diner vibe is perfection. The staff was friendly and helpful, overall a great experience. I saw that there's one in Kenmore which is a lot closer to me so we will have to check that one out.

Visiting from out of town and looked on Maps for an Ice Cream parlor that had character and great reviews. We ended up driving about 9 miles to get to Charlaps, but the drive was easy, parking was easy, and the ice cream was totally worth it. I fell in love with the cherry ice cream. The peach was also good, but in a different way. The prices are reasonable for what you get. It's a must visit. I just wish I lived closer so I could go more often!

Inexpensive and tasty! A great choice for a sweet treat. I have not tried any of their candy, but the ice cream is always delicious.

Delicious plant-based blueberry shortcake or cheesecake - either way, it was delicious and doesn't taste like it's anything but regular ice cream, but it's vegan! Very nice workers, outdoor seating area along with plenty of seating inside with the a/c (or the warmth in the winter). Lowered a star because they don't accept Apple pay/Google Pay. So out I went
